Newly engaged Princess Madeleine of Sweden and her fiancé, banker Christopher O'Neill, were spotted lunching at Red Rooster New York's Harlem yesterday, accompanied by Her Royal Highness' parents, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia.
The group gathered together to celebrate the 375th anniversary of Sweden and Finland's colonial establishment of New Sweden, now located in Wilmington, Delaware.
Marcus Samuelsson, the restaurant's Ethiopian-born and Swedish-raised acclaimed chef, joined the family for the meal, which included such dishes as cornbread with honey butter and tomato jam, shrimp and grits, and trout with dill salad.
