Many are up against each other in the same category at this year's Oscars.
But the full-line up of nominees put their rivalry aside as they posed for a giant group shot at the pre-event lunch in Los Angeles on Monday.
Approximately 160 nominees, including A-listers Anne Hathaway, Naomi Watts, Jennifer Lawrence, Jessica Chatain and Hugh Jackman all posed in what could almost be described as a rather intimidating snap.

While everyone made an effort with suits and dresses, the glamour on show was far from the dazzling outfits we can expect at the Oscar ceremony on February 24th.
But the female stars still looked gorgeous in their ensembles.
Beauties in black: Anne and Naomi both wore chic little black dresses to the luncheon
Different looks: Jennifer looked white hot in a strapless dress, while Jessica opted for pretty floral attire
Anne looked chic in a black sheath dress with draping detail from the hip.
Her cropped hair was swept to the side and lips grazed with a kiss of rose lipstick that accentuated her infectious smile.

Exciting times: Best Supporting actress nominees Sally Field, Amy Adams and Jacki Weaver also posed on the red-carpet

The 22-year-old star wore her honey blonde hair swept back and down over one shoulder, with several textured pieces falling to the side of her face.
About 160 nominees attended the lunch, an annual rite leading up to Hollywood's big night.
The producers of the Academy Awards meanwhile announced good news for those watching at home as they spoke at the luncheon honouring this year's Oscar nominees: they're trying to cut out the boring parts.
Oscar producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron say they watched 40 years of past ceremonies to finds ways to keep the show moving at a brisk pace.
Dapper: Ben Affleck and Bradley Cooper both looked suitably dapper in their gentlemanly attire
Zadan and Meron said on Monday they hope to make room for more fun in the show by squeezing out less-exciting moments.
