The American designer tweeted a picture of the 20-year-old singer and actress cuddling up to fashion stylist, Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele..
The currently platinum blonde star was wearing a pair of pink underpants in the frame teamed with skull printed thigh high boots and a matching motorcycle jacket.
Her hair is styled in it's usual punk style quiff and she has lashing of burgundy lipstick applied to her pout.

Also spotted on Miley's left hand was her engagement ring, which has played disappearing tricks as rumours swirl about the on-and-off status of her long engagement to her Last Song co-star Liam.
It was recently reported that Miley made one last ditch effort to save her relationship with the actor.
According to a report in In Touch magazine, she enlisted the help of a 'spiritual' marriage counselor to help the pair work out their differences.
She’s hoping to save her relationship by enlisting a therapist,' an insider told the magazine last week.
'She knows that Liam has one foot out the door and that she’ll lose him if she doesn’t act fast.'
Even though sources say 'they’re both not happy', Miley is said to be hoping that the guidance will change things around... and fast.

There has been friction and rumours of a split between the pair circling since February after Liam was spotted leaving an Oscars pre-party with January Jones.
