She has vowed to be a role model to young girls by maintaining a fit and realistic figure.
So as she makes her mark on the modelling world, Ireland Baldwin is ensuring she stays in shape the healthy way.
The rising star was spotted during a workout session with a pal on a sunny day in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Ireland, who is the daughter of Alec Baldwin, made sure she had a proper warm-up before her run.
She was seen stretching out her long and lithe legs against a wall to ensure she didn’t pull a muscle.
The endorphins were clearly kicking in as the 17-year-old was seen flashing a huge grin as she and her friend approached the end of their brisk jog.

Ireland showed off her fantastic figure in black workout leggings which she wore along with a powder blue tank top over a maroon sports bra.
Ireland, who wore grey trainers and her locks tied into a ponytail, shielded her face with large amber-lensed aviator sunglasses.
The statuesque blonde earlier spent some time on the beach with her female friend, and shared videos of herself wriggling in the sand as she tried to attract the attention of the lifeguard.

In fact Ireland posted several short clips of herself via video sharing app Vine, most of which showed the model and her gal pal goofing around together.
Following the exercise session Ireland changed into a pair of cut-off denim shorts and a jumper which had the words ‘Beach Bum’ printed across it.
'I want to be an inspirational model,' she told People magazine in a recent interview. 'I want people to look at me and say, "Wow, she looks healthy."'

Since her rise to fame, Ireland has received more than her share of negative feedback online, both as collateral damage due to her notoriously short-tempered father and her own ventures into the celebrity spotlight.
'I have received nasty e-mails, messages on Twitter and ridiculous comments not only about my size but my family,' Ireland told People magazine.

At the end of last month the ridicule saw the blonde teen post an open letter on her Tumblr account.
'I understand that I am not a size .008. What I don't fully understand is, what is the good in commenting on a photo of a 17-year-old girl calling her fat, ugly, etc?,' she wrote.
'I didn't expect it. It was really surprising to see how negative people can be towards someone they don’t even know.'
