But Julie Bowenn clearly wasn't trying to impress anyone on Wednesday.
Taking a break from her hectic filming schedule, the Modern Family star went au natural as she visited a friend in Los Angeles, California.

Opting for comfort, the 43-year-old actress sported a loose-fitted red dress that she layered with a knit sweater, rolling the two above her elbows.
Prepared for a shift in the weather, the blonde star kept an olive green safari-style jacket by her side as she strolled across the street in her nude flats.
Julie had her hair loosely tied back, being blown by the wind as it swept past her face.

She appeared as though she had come from the grocery store, carrying a carton of eggs in her neutral tote, possibly to be used at her friend's house.
The mother-of-three is certainly a fan of baking, recently tweeted a picture of her latest cupcake creations.
She posted: 'everyone says not to tweet about kids because they're boring or exploited. well they've driven me to this: ...' with a snapshot of a silly oreo-faced cupcake and sheep-inspired one.
Much like her role as Claire on the hit Emmy-award winning sitcom Modern Family, Julie is no doubt a supermom.

Julie recently joined her children and husband Scott Phillips at her local farmer's market.
The fun-loving family smiled and laughed the whole way through their shopping trip.
Her husband even spotted one of the boys as he attempted to do a hand stand - clearly taking after his mother who showed her silly side by doing a handstand in the April issue of Lucky Magazine.
