Make-up free Courteney Cox takes daughter Coco out for a day of errands in Malibu

Courteney Cox and daughter Coco are happy just shopping for two these days.
The Cougar Town actress, who has been single since her husband David Arquette filed for divorce last June, carted along her eight-year-old daughter on an errand run in Malibu, California on Friday.
The former Friends star pulled her hair back in a fuss-free pony tail, wearing no make-up as the pair dressed down for the occasion.

Courteney, 48, kept her shades on while dressed in a black long sleve shirt and a pair of khaki skinny cargo pants.
Daughter Coco let her long blonde hair free as she held on to her mummy as she sported grey sweatpants, a green tee and a pair of Converse sneakers.
Courteney told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres earlier this month that her split with David, 41, has only brought the closer.

Always together: The pair walked hand in hand as they ran errands

'He's my best friend in the world. I love him. I appreciate David more now than I ever did,' she said.
'I mean... it's hard. I don't recommend divorce in general, but, you know, he is my best friend and we've both grown and changed.'

She added: 'I think we both appreciate each other more. I hope he does. I do.' The actress is set to take on a more revealing role on her popular comedy -- as the move from network to cable has allowed the writers to slot in some nudity.

'In one episode, Jules and her new husband Grayson [Josh Hopkins] have "Naked Day,"'  she said at a recent press conference for the show, according to the NY Post.
But Courteney admitted that performing it for the cameras was a challenge.
'It turned out there was only one place in the whole house where the lighting worked for everything,' she said. 'Step away from that spot and it all went to pieces.'
